Heroes of the skies
Pilot
Do you already hold a CPL licence and at least 1,000 hours of relevant flying experience? Then we look forward to your application.
No licence yet? No problem – we will train you. That route involves:
- Successfully passing a pre-training assessment
- 15 months of full-time training at the MAF training centre in Mareeba (Australia)
- Completing the CASA CPL/IR.
We would be glad to talk through the next step with you.
Heroes on the ground
Mechanic
If you are a licensed mechanic, you can apply to us directly.
Without a licence, the route looks like this:
- Two years of theory including work placements on training aircraft
- Working in the MAF hangar for at least 2 years
- Licensing once the "relevant experience" has been reached
