Emergency relief fund

Set up a flexible fund that can be activated immediately in the event of a disaster. When earthquakes, floods or conflicts strike, we are on site within hours.

An emergency relief fund gives you the means to respond to unforeseeable crises without lengthy approval processes. You define the criteria and the budget; we release the funds as soon as they are needed. Regular reports keep you informed about every operation.

Investing for the long term

Developing infrastructure

Invest in the foundations of our work: aircraft, technical equipment, pilot training or airstrip development. These investments have an effect for years to come and make thousands of operations possible.

Breaking through isolation

The MAF Switzerland programme

Physical isolation is a key driver of poverty: without infrastructure, people have poorer prospects for living and developing – particularly in health, nutrition, income and education. That is precisely where the MAF Switzerland programme, funded by the SDC, comes in, in Madagascar, Liberia, South Sudan and Papua New Guinea.
